ZFoundry US exists to make domestic manufacturing accessible. We act as a dedicated manufacturing partner — handling supplier sourcing, qualification, program management, and quality oversight so our customers can focus on their product and their business.
We work with product companies, engineering teams, and procurement organizations that need a reliable U.S. manufacturing solution but don't want to build an internal supplier management organization to get there.

Founded and Led by an Engineer
ZFoundry US is founded and led by an engineer with hands-on experience across manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, product development, EV and automotive systems, operational excellence, and complex program execution.
That background shapes how we approach every program — with an emphasis on technical feasibility, supplier capability, quality requirements, and realistic production timelines. We evaluate manufacturing challenges the way an engineer would, not just a broker.
Based in Michigan, we work with customers across industries who need a domestic manufacturing partner with the technical depth to understand their product and the supplier relationships to execute.

Understand the Requirement
Every engagement starts with understanding the product — its function, materials, tolerances, quality requirements, volume, and timing. We ask the questions a manufacturing engineer would ask before recommending a path forward.
Identify the Right Manufacturing Partner
We match the program to the right U.S. supplier based on process capability, quality systems, capacity, location, and fit. We don't send every program to the same supplier — we find the right one for each job.
Manage the Program
Once a supplier is selected, we manage the relationship — coordinating quoting, prototyping, first article approval, production launch, and ongoing delivery. Our customers have one point of contact throughout.
Maintain Quality and Continuity
We stay engaged through production — monitoring quality, managing non-conformances, and maintaining the supplier relationship so programs don't drift after launch.
